   Notices (通知提示)的格式包含两个元素:要点和表达要点所使用的真正的语言。在本页,我们将给你提供一些建议,帮你选择要点和语言,保证你写的 notices (通知提示)尽可能有效。
Bullet Points

If you are giving instructions in your notice, they will need to be written down in a particular sequence. You can show that this is important by using numbers as bullet points.

If, on the other hand, you are just giving information, then you should not use numbers or letters because this implies a sequence. Instead you can choose to use an appropriatebullet point such as a circle or square

Language

The language of notices is usually a list of imperative statements, such as :

* put the paper in the tray
* close the door
* switch the machine on

The infinitive of the verb without 'to' usually comes at the beginning of the statement. The effect of this is quite forceful, adding emphasis to the verb. An exception is where an adverb of frequency is used, such as 'Never' or 'Always'. In this case the adverb should come at the beginning as this is what is being emphasised.

Note that in a list like this, you don't need to use capital letters or full stops.
