In this negotiation, a foreign shoe manufacturer (A) is in the first stages of negotiation with a Chinese shoe buyer (B). The foreign company sees a good workingrelationship as vital. They have been in negotiation with a number of buyers and only want to supply one. They have already agreed on the procedure. There were quite a few problems here but there are solutions.
