The final important point in the settling and conclusion stage is to identify any areas that have not yet been agreed upon and to highlight any further action to be taken by both parties.

It may be necessary to organize another meeting to take care of these outstanding points. Before the negotiation close, there should be a final check with the other party to make sure all points have been satisfactorily settled and that they have nothing left to add.
