        入住酒店要提供护照，填写登记表，交入住押金。一般情况下，酒店的表格都有中英两种文字，不必为不认识汉字而担心。结账应该在中午12点以前。
When you check in at a hotel, you need to present your passport, fill out the registration form and pay the deposit. Normally the form is in both Chinese and English. You do not need to worry if you cannot read Chinese. You should check out before 12 o'clock at noon.

A：Nín xūyào tián yì zhāng zhùfáng dēngjì kǎ. Zài zhèli xiěshàng nín de míngzi.
    您需要填一张住房登记卡。在这里写上您的名字。
     You need to fill in a registration form. Please write your name here.

B： Xìngmíng, hùzhào hàomǎ, jūzhù shíjiān，nǐ kàn zhèyàng xiě duì ma?
     姓名、护照号码、居住时间，你看这样写对吗？
       Name, passport number, length of stay, is it correct that I wrote like this?

A：Duì. Zhè shì nín de fángkǎ, qǐng ná hǎo.
     对。这是您的房卡，请拿好。
      That's correct. Here is your room card. Please keep it well.

（二）
(Here is a customer having some questions to ask at the reception counter.)
A：Qǐng tiánxiě yí xià nǐ de xìngmíng hé hùzhào hàomǎ, hái yào jiāo wǔshí kuài qián de yàoshi yājīn.
    请填写一下你的姓名和护照号码，还要交50块钱的钥匙押金。
      Please write your name and passport number here. You also need to place a 50-yuan deposit for the key.

B： Gěi nǐ. Wǒ míngtiān shénme shíhou kěyǐ jié zhàng? Tuì fáng de shíhou yājīn huán gěi wǒ ma?
     给你。我明天什么时候可以结帐？退房的时候押金还给我吗？
      Here it is. What time can I check out tomorrow? Will you return the deposit to me when I check out?

A：Zhōngwǔ shí'èr diǎn yǐqián jié zhàng，yājīn tuì fáng de shíhou huán. 
     中午12点以前结账，押金退房的时候还。
      You may check out before 12:00 am. The deposit will be returned to you when you check out.
