When presenting figures and trends, be careful not to put too much information in a single sentence, or your audience will be totally confused.

Try to identify the most important and relevant pieces of information and concentrate on these

Include a maximum of three related figures in one sentence.

Now listen to a Finance Officer giving information on company figures to other staff members.

The Chief Financial Officer is presenting the annual report to the company staff
