Bad debts, overwork and difficulty in juggling home and family life with social commitments is causing stress levels to rocket in young women, a report claims.

　　英国最新公布的一份研究报告显示，缠身的债务、过度的工作以及对家庭和社会的义务正使英国年轻女性面临着很大的精神压力，这迫使她们对性生活失去了兴趣。

　　When it bites, seven out of 10 women surveyed said they did not feel in the mood. On top of doing too much in their jobs, bringing up a family, housework, setting up home - and still having time for a good time - something has to give, says the survey.

　　据英国"天空新闻"网1月18日报道，在一项针对1000名英国年轻女性的调查中，70％的被调查者表示，她们通常在性生活中没有心情，因为她们要拼命工作、照顾家人和料理家务，性生活有时成了不得不放弃的事情，即便她们也能感受到性爱的快乐。

　　More than a third of them say they feel under constant pressure, with debt levels causing the most worry. Mounting debts caused the most worry, followed by not having enough time alone, not paying enough attention to a partner or family, and having to manage a hefty workload.

　　三分之一的被调查者表示，她们持续不断地经受着各种压力的折磨。根据调查结果，最大的压力来自偿还债务，其次是没有充足的个人时间、对爱人和亲人不够关心以及工作量大。

　　Getting on the property ladder was the fifth most common cause of stress, followed by other people's incompetent driving, office politics, problems with technology or computers and the journey to work. The 10th most stressful factor in modern women's lives was the fact they can be contacted any time, anywhere, most likely by mobile phone.

　　The survey of 1,000 women, for Kalms, estimated there are more than 4.5 million young women in the UK feeling stressed out.Kalms spokeswoman Stephanie Stelling said: "It doesn't surprise us that sex goes out of the window as soon as women get stressed. "But actually it's one of the best ways to wind down, relax and forget about whatever is stressing you out. "Sex burns calories and relieves you of mental and physical tension and as a side benefit it releases sleep-inducing hormones that help you sleep better."

　　调查结果显示，英国大约有450万年轻女性有心理压力。专家指出："只要有压力，女人的'性趣'就会降低，这并不奇怪。不过最好的解决方式是自我放松、忘记烦恼，而性生活可以燃烧人的卡路里，让精神和身体放轻松，同时荷尔蒙的分泌还可改善人的睡眠质量。"
