Cigarettes. Tobacco. They are dangerous, and you should not take cigarettes. You will be addicted which makes you want more, and makes most people confident. Are you even on cigarettes right now? Well, whether it is yes or no, I have some solutions.
Cigarettes come from tobacco; a plant. This plant contains nicotine; a drug which keeps you addicted. Inside a cigarette, there are more than 4000 substances added, after the tobacco itself. Some are hidden in others. Now why would they do this? These are additives. Additives are the substances that adds flavor to the cigarette. Here are some of the 4000.
Butane: Lighter Fluid
Methane: Sewer Gas
Ammonia: Household Cleaner
Arsenic: Poison
Methanol: Rocket Fuel
Cadmium: Substance from batteries
Now you see, already some of these substances can be very hazardous (dangerous) to your health, especially your lungs. When you breathe a cigarette, you will experience:
shortness of breath
in time your nails and teeth will turn yellow
your breath would smell
a little increase in your blood pressure
Those are the short-term effects, now the long-term.

这些都只是短期恶果，长期的则危害更大。
长期吸烟者，容易患肺癌，食道癌，心肌梗塞，肾癌，胰腺癌，心脏病，动脉硬化，慢性肺炎，而女性，尤其是孕妇，如果吸烟，则会危害婴儿，导致流产、畸形，或者早产、婴儿体重偏低等。
