上周我们一大家子去泡温泉了。妈妈跟我说，温泉有很多种，有牛奶的、玫瑰花的，还有咖啡的......本来我以为牛奶的温泉就是往池子里倒一些鲜奶；玫瑰花的就是摘一些玫瑰花，把花瓣都揪下来，撒在池子里，然后有香气蒸腾飘散；咖啡的就是往池子里倒咖啡......但是到了才发现，那些池子里的水都是没有颜色的，只不过是每个池子里装了一个大药袋，里面装着花瓣之类的东西。
　　我们还体验了室外温泉，边泡温泉边吃午饭，头顶蓝天，旁边还有火车经过，感觉真爽啊！
　　后来我们转移到了室内玩。室内还有两个游泳池，大的是标准泳池，小的是可以在里面玩耍的娱乐区。我们大部分时间都在娱乐区里玩，里面有成千上万个海洋球。我和小伙伴把六个游泳圈叠在一起，就像一座塔，很有意思。我在标准泳池里游泳时还突破了自己的记录，一下子游了100米。
　　过了一会儿，我们又转去泡温泉。这次泡的是芦荟味的，可是我觉得这个味道不太好，就在旁边尝试了另外两种——香薰和玫瑰的温泉。
　　吃完饭，我们去玩了台球、保龄球、沙狐球和乒乓球，其中最好玩的是沙狐球。沙狐球的球台跟乒乓球的差不多，不过要长得多，中间凸起，台面上撒了一些沙子，把球滚到另一头不掉下台面，就能得到满分。
　　这次我们泡温泉的地点在河北，泡温泉既好玩又对身体很有好处，大家以后也可以到那儿去试试。

 Last week my whole family went to the hot spring spa. Mother told me that there were many types of hot spring spas, like milk spa, rose spa, and coffee spa...I originally took for granted that the milk spa referred to the spa where people bathed in milk, the rose one meant there were all rose petals in the pool with fragrance coming up with the vapor, and the coffee spa was a pool of coffee...However,when I arrived, I found the water in the pool was as clear as crystal and there were nothing but a big bag full of herbal medicine like flowers in each pool.

We also had a try in the outdoor bathing pool. It was so delightful when we bathed under the blue sky while having lunch and listened to the roaring trains passing by.

After that, we moved inside. There were two big swimming pools there. The bigger one was standardized for competition and the smaller one was for entertainment. We spent most of time in the smaller one where there were thousands of ocean balls. My friend and I piled up six swimming rings in the shape of a tower. How interesting! I also broke my swimming record in the standard pool—I swam 100 meters at one time!

Not before long, we took bath in the hot spring pool again. This time we changed to the aloe pool but I disliked its flavor and tried another two—one with aroma and one with rose petals.

Finishing the dinner, we went to play billiards, bowling, the game of shuffle board, and pingpong. The game of shuffle board had the similar table with pingpong, but longer and with a protruding part in the middle. The table was scattered with sand. If you could make the ball roll over the middle to the other end, you could get the full score.

The hot spring spa is in Hebei province. Bathing in hot spring is funny and healthy. I suggest you go there and have a try yourselves.
