降价的中文解释

在场外交易中,这是指投资者在向交易商(经纪商或做市商)出售金融商品时,以低于交易商所报出的最高买价(bid)的价格卖出,调降的幅度可视为支付交易商的一种佣金. 也指做市商因应市况变化调低报价. 相对的是markup.
