上座率
　　铁路部门日前表示，将从7月25日起停运四趟京沪高铁。停运的主要原因是这四趟车的上座率较低。

　　China's railway authority is about to suspend two pairs of bullet trains on part of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway because of their low occupancy rate.
　　由于上座率较低，国家铁路部门将暂时停运京沪高铁部分路段上的两组动车。
　　Occupancy是"居住、占有、占用"的意思，occupancy rate就是指"占用率、居住率、入住率"，而seat occupancy rate就是"上座率"的意思。Hotel occupancy rate表示"客房入住率"，我们可以说The occupancy rate of the hotel is very high/low.（这家宾馆的入住率很高/低。）不过电影的上座率，我们就用attendance rate来表示了。
　　Ridership on the high-speed line（高铁乘客人数）受高铁开通后a string of malfunctions（一系列故障）的影响，较之开通初期已经有了下降。在保证安全和准时的基础上，实行floating prices（浮动票价），或许也有助于解决上座率低这个问题。
