看到封面的造型打扮，应该心中又是一堆"大搞复古之滥觞"等疑问词，但是这五位小男生所组成的The Click Five，可是大小通吃的引发近期一阵偶像摇滚骚动，同样伴随庞克乐有着绝地大反攻之势，大气且宣泄年轻旺盛精力，飙奏出随乐摇摆之正点悸动！



　　来自美国波士顿由Eric Dill(主唱、主奏吉他手)、Joe Guese(吉他手)、Ethan Mentzer(贝斯手)、Ben Romans(键盘手)与Joey Zehr(鼓手)五人所组成的The Click Five，还是柏克莱音乐学院的学生之时，彼此引荐相互激撞音乐火花下，开始在校区附近表演，同时着手音乐创作，在那音乐人才辈出的竞争激烈区域，The Click Five凭藉毫不害羞的厚脸皮表演欲，着迷吉他旋律摇滚之曲式，很快的凭藉他们实力获邀连Alanis Morissette、Moby、Fleetwood Mac都曾登台过的波士顿最受瞩目之Paradise Rock Club表演，自制一万张的EP，在极短时间销售一空，2003年吸引Lava/Atlantic注意，顺利进入国际大厂签下一纸合约。



　　企划长达两年的时间，终在2005年发行The Click Five首张大碟"Greetings From Imrie House"，首周以五万两千余张销售量，占据全美流行专辑榜Top15，制作/混音的部分则请来Mike Denneen (Aimee Mann、Fountains Of Wayne、Letters To Cleo)担刚。首支与葛莱美奖提名青睐Fountains Of Wayne的Adam Schlesinger共同创作之成名曲"Just The Girl"，挟带畅意流行庞克声线，洋溢校园青春舞韵，迅速跳入流行单曲榜Top11、热门数位单曲榜冠军与Pop100第八名位置；另一首一起谱写之作"I'll Take My Chances"，呈现风格迥异的动人舒缓小品，不但有合声/假音谱入，更加上突出明亮吉他Solo，营造80年代抒情摇滚的那份感动；绝对唤起每位聆听者蠢蠢欲动鼓噪的心，随着"Friday Night"一起在周末入夜后的Club舞池点燃挥汗摇摆之情绪；很有80年代吉他飙奏气流与合声触感的"Angel To You (Devil To Me)"，则是请到浓妆艳抹摇滚大团Kiss的主力战将Paul Stanley共同催生。完全不失流行音感，同样兼具实力与技巧，是组不容你小觑的耀眼新团。
