A Letter of Complaint

Dear sir/madam,

My name is Wang Ming. I am an ordinary/regular consumer of your shop. I venture to write to you about the service in your shop.

The focus of the complaint is the cashier's attitude. For one thing, one of your cashiers attempted to shortchange me. For another, the same thing has occurred twice in one month. Frankly speaking, for the first time, I haven't taken notice of it. But yesterday I purchased several items totaling ￥38.2 and handed a ￥50 bill to a cashier, but she gave me only ￥10.2 change. Besides, she was not only very kind to me when I pointed out her mistake.

All in all, there is still much room for improvement. I do hope this is the last time and she will learn a lesson from it. Thank you for your time and kind consideration.
