To talk about people's appearance or personality you can use (在描述某人的长相和性格时,可以使用):

To talk about physical characteristics you can use (在描述某人的身体特征时,可以使用):
have got + (adjective) + noun

Some adjectives have a negative connotation (or feeling) and some are more neutral (某些形容词有负面涵义或感受,有些则是中性的):
